K8200 2 color,Z axis,M2560 PROt mod

I would like to introduce the Velleman K8200 PROt.
I divided the entire processing into 4 parts:


1 Power supply, motherboard, end stop, display and firmware.
2 Z axis, lighting and rewiring.
3 2 extruders, hot end 2 in 1 out and print cooling.
4 XY axis, heating bed and extras.

At the moment I have completed 3 of the 4 main stages.So let’s get to the details.

The first step (done)

Power supply 12V30A (set 13.5V)
Mega 2560 R3
Ramp 1.4
5x DRV8825 (set 1100mV)
RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller (LCD 12864)
2x TopDirect 25A MOS relay
3x Limit Switches
2x 40mm fan
Firmware Marlin Bugfix 2.0.x (own configuration)
M2560/Ramp/Relay Case (own project not shared yet)

2x Upgraded MK8 Aluminum Bowden extruder Drive Feed Kit (second stepper from the previous Z axis)


ZSYong 12V BigTreeTech 2 in 1 out (Color change) Hotend J-head 0.4mm

3x nema 17 bracket (two for extruders and one converted to hotend)

print cooling - 50 mm fan (own project not shared yet)

Last stage ( temporary modifications,waiting)
