I am adding an inductive Z probe in order to enable auto bed levelling
I have all the wiring etc working and am configuring the firmware

I wonder if some body could confirm for me what exactly is Z-PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER
I don’t really get explanations I have seen

I have draw a basic diagram (not to scale) - Maybe some body experienced could explain it with the help of this diagram

Z-PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER will be the value signed B in your drawing.
It defines the offset from the probe (it’s triggering point to be exact) to the tip of the nozzle.
