I cant find how to get a replacment z coupler order nr ZC3DJT16 so I decided to go this way . sorry .
I have printet for several hours, but a few days ago, the layers suddenly became different .its like the layers are more wide for each 1,5 mm and narrower in between ,so looked for z ,as a turn is 1,5 mm in up-down position. I see the coupler is broken in one side and is not straigt anymore, so I will need a new one.
can any tell me how to get this sparepart

Your Velleman dealer will help you out.
Other users had some troubles as you for the reason no play between the steppermotoraxis and the
Z rod they are in contact in the middle of the coupler, there must be some space between these 2 parts
as the coupler can take the offset, the steppermotor and the Z rod is never 100% alligned.
