Z ass distance problems

Hello, i have little problem with my Z ass on the K8200 printer.

Normaly the printer is working fine, but since 2 days i see the Height Z ass is not printing correct and i don’t know where i can find the problem.
If i load a stl file (in sketchup the Height is 16 mm) the printer is printing it to 20 mm height, other X and Y ass is working good.

So there is somehting wrong with the Z ass.

I have uprading the printer a year ago with a new Z assix but working fine till a few days ago.

Can some tell me where i can find this problem or what i can check or try to do?

Are you saying that you uploaded the same firmware who was already installed ?
