Hello All
I am a big fan of bigger fans 
So i have redesigned a new fan duct for the mainboard cooling. Using a 80mm fan mounted underneath the frame. Because of the limited height under the frame, the fan has to mounted in an angle.

Looks good! Perhaps you could get away without support if you printed it with the back left side facing the build plate.
I’d be worried about warping otherwise.

It warped a little bit, but not much.
I have installed it today, and it works great.
Someday i might try to print it on the side as suggested.

Does look pretty good!
I see your control wheel thing is pushed on all the way, but on mine I had to apply a lot of force to get it on even a little. I’m scared of breaking the PCB, so do you have any tips on how to get it on?

I drilled the control wheel with a 6mm drill, now it is a loose fit, so i added a drop of glue.
I would try with a 5,5mm drill if i where you.

Thanks! I’ll give it a go when I’m back to my printer at the end of the month. If I can get it off, of course!
