Y-Axis motor so weak

hi,
i have a problem with my y axis. The motor doesn’t have enough force to even calibrate the y axis.
I already raised the stepper driver to 0.55v made no difference.
It skips steps and shift layers pretty much. While printing you can move the y axis pretty easy. and the printer will make strange movements and everything shifts.

the y axis doesnt moved very smooth that might be the problem, but how to fix it?

Have you tried to swap the driver card with the X axis to see if the problem moves?

check the gear on the motor is tight, the grub screws can slip. Mine are impossible to move by hand when activated and when I have tried the belt will jump before the motor is turned. Sounds like the motor or board if not the grub screw. As the last post suggests, eliminate the issue by swapping the motors or drivers.
