After printing a 5h45min object.
All went well till after more than 4h30min printing the Y axis jumped 1.5 mm to the front.
and contignued to print the object.
So, I have a object with a displacement of 1.5 mm.
It means that your axis assembly is still not perfect. You’ll have to check the rods, the pulleys and the belts. Is some of them is even slightly misaligned you’ll get a layer shift at some point. Dirty rods can also do that (dust+oil=glue).
Actually, I got the same prob on long printings.
For me, it was the wrong greasing.
I used silicon spray, which is by definition not made for metal to metal contact.
I switched to Teflon oil and all prints well.
Two 7hrs prints finished perfectly.
The funny thing, my prints shifted at the same time:-)))))

I use a non silicon spray and oild all parts.
till now no problems (only one part printed).
Problems after the same time laps ???
maybe not time but number of layers ??
