X axis motor not square - Belt moves to front of pully

Folks,

My X Axis motor isn’t square to the side and belt, well it can’t be as its only held at the front, so the belt tension pulls the back out a little, which is enough to cause the belt to move to the front of the pulley as it prints. Would it be better to slightly loosen the belt, or make a bracket to push the rear of the motor out slightly so it square. If I push he motor back will the bearings be OK under the extra load?

Hi, it’s a common problem. Put a little block behind the motor or print a new motor mount (thingiverse.com/thing:253741).
