I purchased a WSMI8115 Component Tester Kit and assembled. The unit will not bring up a display when I power up. The board voltages are correct at 3.3v and 5v. I checked the CD4050 IC on a tester and it checks okay. I checked the ATMEGA328P for a sketch and neither the FLASH or the EEPROM memory have anything in them. Apparently it was never installed at the manufacturer.
Does anyone have the HEX file for the WSMI8115? Don’t need to change the file, just want to load it back into the ATMEGA328P.
