did you check cable connexion ? Maybe one cable is broken. It occurs sometimes with the flat cable sold with the printer. Then you can change and get a stronger cable to be quiet…
Check the end stop for the Y axis.
On mine the wires were sticking out.
It worked but over time the wires would rub against the back of the frame and go over the cable ties holding the cable assembly.
Over time it broke one of the solder connections.
I re-soldered the connection but I also cable tied the wire going to the end stop to the post the end stop is mounted on to keep them tucked in.
I have never had a problem with it since.
