Wiring a Sharp IR Sensor (GP2D12) to the K8055D

Im building a robot using the K8055D and a sharp ir sensor which is a small analogue range finder. I have LITTLE electronics knowledge and am not sure how i wire this to to the A1 input. I have included the sensors wiring diagram. Many thanks.
