I really like it because it work with Arduino.
I wonder, if we can display letters or numbers. My idea is to acquired some of them, may be four or hight, join them together in order to have a large panel to display the speed limitation.
My project would be to display the speed of a car/moto/track with a smily 
or not 
.
For now, I have not selected a LiDAR, but I would like to choose the good Matrix of LEDs.
Is that VM207 is nice for a such project ?
Or would recommand me another panel of leds?
I would like to build it with Arduino or may be with a Raspberry, but Arduino would be my big preferences
