I sent an email to the sales at velleman.be address on Monday regarding warranty of my Velleman DVM1200 multimeter, thats one connector got broken when I first time was using it.
What is the normal response time?

By the way, here is picture of the problem and here can be seen, how the milliamps connector has broken off when it’s deeper inside than the other ones.
