I am using slic3r with a v6 hotend, .25mm nozzle. I have “extra length on restart” set to 0. Been trying different settings and temps, but nothing has changed. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

If you watch while the print is going on you may notice that in those areas is where the printer either changes directions or switches to the next line on the same layer to provide the wall thickness.
This is just a guess because I noticed the same thing on my K8400.
If you provide a link where I can download the STL file I will try it on my K8200 over the weekend and will let you know what I find.
You can minimize this in the Slic3r settings : Layers & perimeters/Advanced/ Seam position : use random instead of aligned.
Anyway it can’t be totally avoided.
“retract on layer change” may change something.
Listed at: Slicer config --> Printer Settings --> Extruder 1
Anyway, raby is right. It can’t be totally avoided.
Try Cura, that could solve the problem.
