Hi I have a wfs210 that won’t calibrate
Are the probes disconnected when doing the calibration?
Yes the probes were disconnected.
Is there any help going on.
Have you tried to connect the scope to a USB port and calibrate it using the software on a computer?
Yes I have tried that as well as win7 laptop win10 laptop PC all with usb and wifi and a android tablet on wifi with no luck.
Do you get any errors or does it just fail?
It will only say the window will close when the calibration is complete, also I don’t get any other reading on the screen with or without probes and with and without signal generated on the probes on one or two.
I wish I could help more but I’m out of ideas.
