I recently bought the WFS210. My following problems occured on Android app via WIFI same as Windows-Software via USB connection.
First of all I like the idea behind the WFS210 a lot, but…
Problem one: Hold function. If I activate the hold button I cannot “zoom” into the recorded signal as described in the manual. The screens clears and it only prevents the next triggering.
Problem two: How do I activate pre-triggering as described in your glossar of manual? I need to move the point of triggering in direction of -x so I would be able to see what happend before triggering when I analyse non-repetitive signals.
Please advise how to use the hold function properbly and let me know if there is any chance for firmware update to activate pre-triggering?
199€ for an DIGITAL-oscilloscope without that standart and necessary functions is not satisfying at all.
