We have a problem with the K8200 3D printer.
Once the extruder has arrived at the right temperature,
the engine that melts the plastic does not move.
After many attempts we verify that the motheboard of the K8200 is broken.
Because the product is in warranty, can i know the right procedure
for the replacement of the defective part.

If you are sure that the motherboard is at the cause of troubles you can return the board for inspection/repair/exchange to:
