It took me awhile… I had to print a rather big piece… A lot of retries… Everytime I got warping at same spot… So, after a real clean of the bed with alcohol, it was better. But warping appeared again… So, we increased bed temp untill 113 degrees Celsius…We feed the bed with 24 Volt 3.67 Amp continuous power… Printing now perfect… Just perfect…
I have glass… I have green film on top of glass… Glass is perfect straight and levelled… Head is 0.1 to 0.15 mm above bed… printing with 0.4 mm layer thickness… Head temp also 10 degrees higher than normal, we running now at 243 degrees celsius with yellow ABS rated at 235 degrees celsius…
It works… But very good. Perfect…
