on with board must i connect a extended power and witch voltage … DC ?
Use a 5VDC powersupply that’s also capable of delivering 3A
Also make sure to remove the batteries first.

must i use the input SK1 on the VRBS1 shield ?

the VRBS1 will generate 12V for the Arduino.
What also possible is to connect the arduino with a USB cable and power the servo’s via the DC IN connector on the VRSSM
