Volts to P2632?

I found an old amp. that I used a few years ago (1980-something) as a microphone amp.
its a small blue board and I think it is marked Velleman P2630 with a philips TDA1015 9 pin IC.
I would like to know if it requires 12 volt, or?

The TDA1015 is max. 18 Volts. Download the datasheet and try to find out the schematic. I know this was a really small amplifier so there weren’t many components so you will easily find out how it works.
