VN 110 uitgangen PWM 1 en 2 van 5 naar 10 volt

Good morning
I have a VN110 and wants the PWM outputs 1 and 2 use.
These outputs range from 0 to 5 volts and I need a signal from 0-10 volts
I have someone help me with a schedule (I’m not an electronics specialist)

The PWM outputs of the K8055 are open collector outputs.
You just need an external 10V voltage source and a resistor to get 10V swing.
