VMA11 tuning problems

I have tested VMA11 shield with Arduino Uno and found that it only tunes to stations with odd decimal number like 97.3 or 103.1 but not frequencies with even decimal part like 94.0 or 106.2.

Problem solved. The library “Si4703_Breakout_Modified” is a mesh of US and European definitions. Needs some work to get working properly.
