VMA03 compatible to Arduino Mega 2560

Hello,
i would like to use the VMA03 Shield in order to drive 2 DC-Motors (24V DC).
The description on the velleman website says, that you need a arduino uno for this shield. The datasheet says it can also be used with an arduino mega.
So I’m a bit confused right now and want to make sure its compatible with the arduino mega.

The difference is the pin number.
To know which pin will be used you’ll have to look at the MEGA pins and the circuit of the VMA03.
