Since a few weeks I have a VM8201 But when printing from this device it now and then stops printing unexpected.
I noticed that it occurred a few times, but not always when I shut down my computer (which I don’t need for printing anymore) But it also stops unexpectedly when printing, costing me filament since I can’t resume.
Any suggestions?

Do you have the printer plugged into a surge protector or UPS?
If so remove it and plug it in to a regular power strip or the wall plug.
No neither of those. It is in a regular powerstrip.

Can i ask why you advise not to use UPS??
I had a problem with printer stop when light was turned on or dishwasher was started ect. Then i connected PC and printer to a online UPS and that did solve the problem for me.
It didn’t happen often
But I have had a couple of scanners a while back that would some time just stop working.
After spend some time on the phone with tech support we covered everything drives cable lengths power cords
They asked if I had it plugged into a surge protector and asked if I could plug in into the wall.
I tried everything else why not.
When I did they worked every time.
Those scanner did not use near the amount of power the K8200 uses.
Most likely the problem is related to the fact that the unit is still connected to the PC via the USB cable.
Please disconnect USB cable during printing.
