VM8095 dont hold noise level

Is it normaly that the VM8095 dont hold the noiese Level when i Change mp3 tracks with the preset Buttons?
And the modul dont hold the noise Level when i Switch it off and on.

The settings are saved by long press of the play/pause button.
Press the button as long as the player goes to sleep mode (LCD light turns off).

Usermanual p.7: “If you want this mode for next times after switching off the power you must place the MP3 shortly in sleep mode to save your settings.”

I know abaout this Funktion, but that dont work.
When i press Play in sleep mode the noise Level is not the same as bevor.
Also when i adjust the voice Level with track A and i Play track B ist the same noise leve iadjusted, Play i track A again i have another noise Level (same Level as i Switch power on).

You can try following procedure to fix the problem:
Reset the unit to its original settings:

  1. Disconnect the power adaptor.
  2. Press the Play button SW1 and keep it pressed when the power is connected again on.
  3. Now you should see on the LCD text “FACTORY DEFAULT”.
  4. Then release the Play button.
