VM8095 4 or 8 Ohm loadspeaker?

I have a VM8095 wich works fine. If i want to use the direct stereo speaker connection in stereo mode and connect two speakers, must i connect 4 ohm or 8 ohm speakers ?
Does this mean, i have to connect GND + left on on the first and GND + right on the second speaker.
The jumper for stereo/mono i have removed.

Regards Rainer
