Hey,
I have installed the VM208 and i can do all the functionality when on wifi but when i’m on 4G i’m not able to reach the module.
In the app i have put in my external IP and external port.
It looks like the module doesn’t accept the external port number.
Does anyone have an idea what i’m doing wrong?

Hi have you switched the slider in the app to use the external ip? It’s a good idea to have the same module 2 times in the app 1for local access and 1 for external access
I had the same issue, and I couldn’t figure out how to fix that. However, after I randomly switched to external IP, everything started working. Why? I don’t know, but that works fine! The worst part was that when I tried to connect to 4g, the phone would suddenly start lagging and using an insane amount of data which is pretty terrible. I tried to do the same thing while using the temporary phone number australia. Well, with that, everything worked fine, even on the internal IP settings. I guess it’s something about the app.
