Programming VM203 & PICKIT2.61 and PIC 12F629 from two different PCs. Problem is that my desktop HP ENVY H8-1440eo (WIN8.1 but PICKIT set to WIN7 compatibility mode) does not show contents of EEPROM. However my LENOVO Thinkpad T410 (WIN7PRO) shows all. Pls. see pictures:

Actually I can work with LENOVO but it would be nice to use my big HP.
Any reason why PICKIT running in ‘WIN7’ and ‘WIN7 compatibility’ behave differently?
