VM203 - Can be used Mac High Sierra or Win 10?

I’ve just bought the Pickit2 programmer tool from Maplin with a view to trying my hand at programming Pics. I’m wondering now if I will be able to use it with my MacBook Pro or my Windows 10 machine.
