VM201 MAC address 00:00:00:00:00:00:00

Hi,

We just bought two VM201 boards. One of them showed a MAC address fine when we connected power. But the other one showed MAC address 00:00:00:00:00:00 - this is also that it uses to register on the network - confirmed on our DHCP-server. The relay board is build 1236.

Is there any way to reset of flash the board to get a valid MAC address or is it “broken” and have to be replaced?

It seems your VM201 is defective, please request a replacement at the shop where you bought it, this should not be a problem.
