so, why with this version my VM201 is crashing?
I have to restart it every 4 days.

It should not crash, so I would propose first checking the power supply of the VM201, to see if that is ok/sufficient. Then take a look at what is attached to the VM201; if for example you have five devices hooked up to the VM201, you could try unhooking them one by one (or all of them) to see if the problem persists.
If any of the above is not possible, you can always return the VM201 to the shop and ask for a replacement or a repair.
