VM201 firmware problem

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with my VM201. I was doing a firmware update for the VM201. Until the moment my computer suddenly shut down causing the update to fail. Now when I start up the VM201 I only see black blocks on the screen. So corrupt firmware.

Is there a possibility to re-upload the firmware through TFTP or else ??

The firmware is indeed corrupt, causing the upload fail (PC shut down while upgrading / flashing).

To solve this problem,
You can sent the VM201 back to us (for hardware update).
