VM151 refuse to turn off

Hi there,

I have just bought a VM151 module connected on a 5 meter RVB led stip. It works well. I can change the selected effect and the speed as discribed in the documentation.

I have a problem with the function used to turn the module off (and to store the last effect). Even if I press and hold both buttons of the remote, the module never blinks and stop.

I need this function to store the last effect in memory, to prevent the module always start on the red color at power on.

Is this a known problem ? What is the solution ?

Are you sure you press both remote buttons at the exact same time?
Is reception good? Did you try moving closer to the unit?
If the problem persists, please return both units for inspection/repair.
