This is my first project so go easy on my lack of knowledge. I am building an incubator and I am using the VM148 stat - how do I fine tune it to +/- 0,5°C accuracy?

You can adjust the measured temperature as follows:
Press MENU until “CAL” and press ENTER (<-)
Adjust the displayed temp° until correct (measured with another calibrated thermometer).
