Hello. I am from Germany and my english ist not so good, so i do my very best.

I have a question for the VM147 Module. The modul have a output. Can i take on this output a relais that switch (give a impuls on the Relais so the relais turn on an after 1sek off) when the number i have set in the VM147 for the endnummer? Where must i connect the relais, on wiche pins?

Yes, no problem.
Pin4 of the connector is an “open-collector” output and can drive a miniature relay, contact this pin to the coil connection, the other coil connection goes to your power supply (ex. +12V if you are using a 12V relay)

But two question i have:

1.Switches the relay when the number is reached I have set ? I need to get a pulse for 1 sec on my main controller.

  1. I understand that the VM147 starts automatical from zero after the number i have set is reached, is that correct ?

The pulsetime is adjustable from 0,1 till 0,9 sec.

You can enable or disable this option.
