VM140 with plc

Hi, All!

Can anybody tell me if i can use VM140 EXTENDED USB INTERFACE BOARD with any soft logic plc like isagraf or beckhoff twincat as io module. if yes please explain how ?

guru i dont need any software from u. i just want to know, whether vm140 can be connected to beckhoff twincat plc or not.
