Vm129 voltage on output relay terminals?

I have a VM129 connected to a VM110.
Everything is functioning as it should, but the output relays on the VM129 are showing a small amount of AC voltage (160-200mv)
The equipment I’m controlling with this board is very sensitive, so I really need these outputs to be dry contacts. I thought they were isolated?
Is this a defective board or is this normal?
Can I isolate without having to add in another relay?

Most likely, this is a measuring error.
How did you measure this?

With a fluke digital multimeter.
When I connect my equipment to the relay output it activates the equipment. Even though the relay is metering open. The voltage is causing my equipment to turn on, if I connect it to a standard relay it’s fine.

Most likely, you need to remove the VDRs

Thanks!
I will try that.
What are those on there for surge or spike suppression?

EDIT: I removed the VDRs and it’s fine now, voltage is still there. I suspect this is just ghost voltage.
THANKS AGAIN for you quick response!
