VM121 Vm122 Vm129 problem

Hi I have a problem with this kit.
I have a Vm129 conected to a 12 AC and I make a conection to the Vm 122 power like the manual do . but the VM122 blink the LD16 3 times , after that nothing hapend. Not respond to the Vm121 signal.
What is the problem?

Please check first if the LED on the IR transmitter is flashing when you push any button.
Check if output LED on the IR receiver (P8050) are working.
If not, there is a problem in the IR transmitter - receiver.
