I have 3pcs VM119, and have problem with the short time, 0,5 sec its 2sec, how can I change that??

Most likely, reception quality is not too good. Therefore, debounce time can be higher than 0.5s, to avoid relay shatter.
Improving reception by reorienting unit or antenna or operating it from a closer range can help.
