VM118 lost setup configuration

I configured the VM118 receiver in pulse mode, but this setup is lost when the electrical power wire is disconnected

Any possibility to preserve the memory setup?

Please note that momentary or pulse mode operation is stored in the transmitter, not in the receiver.
Most likely, you mean that when power is restored after a power failure, the relays do not revert to their previous status.
That is correct, it is done for safety reasons.
