I have a DMX controller DC 1216 boost, and I use several DMX lights. I bought the VM116 to use my lights with my computer but some lights seem not working with this product. Chauvet Colorado 1 don’t react and mars 250 boost I do control the 2 motors (pan and tilt) but after 40 second the light need to reset and I can’t turn on the light. As soon as I try with my DC 1216 controller they work perfectly well. Please tell me what to do. I call your departement in Belgium this morning and they say it was a matter of software… Do you think if I put a 9V battery it will work better, your departement in Belgium said there was nothing to do with it. I try different DMX and USB cables, on an other computer, I have the same result. Do you think the VM116 is mal functionning and I should send it back?

Thank’s I was using the wrong version of the K8062D.dll of the 17.11.2008 instead of the 02.03.2011. When you try to download those file on the velleman.eu web site you can download at least 3 other version, on the cd, there is an other version. For the other custommer, can’t you clean up your web site and give the right dll on all the area we can download it, that will improve our feeling of your product. But I was really impress of your quick answer, and now your product is working fine.
