I have a VM116/K8062 USB DMX interface. It works fine on XP machines. Windows 7 machines do not recognize the device. I tried a 32 bit and a 64 bit machine, same result. In the device manager it says “Unknown device” and “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)” Any suggestions? Thanks.

It is for other card K8055/VM110, but it has the same USB “core” as the K8062/VM116
