I want to use my vm111 board to program a 12F615 pic. this will be used in a PWM board c/w soft start. For powering up and speed control of a golf trolley. Using Mosfets as signal and power handling. Imput voltage will be 12v dc via a voltage regulator to 5v .
the board would need a variable frequency and duty cycle , controlled with variable resistors . An external RC network to control the duty cycle from 0 to 100%.
I have used my VM111 to successfully program the example
projects, that came with the kit . and can write to and read from the pic supplied.
Basically, what I need now is a program for my project. as per the above specification.I am willing to pay for a program I can use.

The PIC12F615 is not supported in the PICprog software.
There is a third-party software program that does program the 12F615. It is WINPIC (DL4YHF’s PIC Programmer for Windows). This software can be used with many programmers, and among them is the Velleman K8048. I know you are using the VM111, but this setting should work anyway, because the PicProg2009 software uses the same setting for both VM111 and K8048.
I don’t know if this software also works with the VM134 and K8076 kits, but since these kits use the same COM port pins for the same functions as the above kits, I would guess that it does work. The only difference is a hardware loopback on the K8048 that PicProg uses to say “K8048 detected”. It is not actually used to do any programming.
