VM110N Digital Output Voltage

Hallo

I bought Velleman VM110 from this supplier:
conrad.de/ce/de/product/1911 … -Ueber-USB

My final objective is to connect the digital output board with 12 Volt relay.
Thus, I can control the relay from my PC.

I have already tried the demo program.
The LED Digital output seems work fine.
However, the voltage digital output pin (Green pin header) is very strange.
For example: if I set all digital high, some of pin has voltage high around 0 - 0.58 V and the rests are 0 V.
If I set all low, then every pin has voltage 0 V (GND)

My question is why the output voltage is extremely low (0,58 V even less) ?
I check the input voltage from microcontroller is 3,3V.

I am really confused and frustated.
Could you please give me advice how to solve this problem ?

Any advice is welcome.
Thank you in advance.

Hi

Did you look at page 8 in the online manual?

There is no voltage output from the K8055 digital and PWM outputs. These outputs are open collector NPN transistors. You have to use external voltage and add pull up resistors from the digital outputs to the external voltage.
