VM110 USB Experiment Interface Board

I’m using the VM110 board as an interface between a pc and a stepper motor. I’m taking 4 digital outputs from the board and have them connected to 4 Mosfets. When the Mosfets are turned on they allow the current to go through the motor and down to ground.
My question is… Is it possible to increase the voltage of the digital output??
When a single output is on there is only a potential differance of 0.67V to ground. This doesn’t sound right to me for a digital output.

For people that a very good understanding of the board…

I’m aware that I could remove the “ULN2803APG” chip and short-circuit the connection which will give around 4V as an output but I don’t want to do this. I want to keep the board intact.

The VM110’s digital outputs are passive open collector transistor outputs. They are not outputting any voltage. There must be in the receiving system a voltage supply and a pull up resistor.
