how can we control the vm110 from Terminal Server client?
From terminalserverconsole does it work.
On the client, the card can not be found. 
Direct control is only possible on the PC where the card is connected to.
It can only be controlled from a client, if the card is connected to a server and you make a special client/server application for it.

The Card is connect to server and the client use application and hardware from server. 
Install Remote Desktop or RealVNC on the server with the hardware. Then just take control of the server’s desktop and control your hardware that way.
