I’m having trouble figuring out which system to purchase for my needs. The vm110 may do the job. I have 4 temperature sensors, two sensors with 0-5volt outputs, a liquid level detector, a light detector, and motion detector. I need to switch two pumps on at specific times and control their run times. I need to switch two lights on/off at different times. I need to know if a moisture sensor is triggered and control an emergancy backup system. I want the system to be expandable. The vm110 seems a good choice with its amplified input. the vm142 also seems like a good choice. I like the wireless ability of the k8045 but I need timed outputs. I’m not sure if the k6000rs has the abilities either. I want to be able to monitor the system from my laptop via wireless modem. Help, too many choices.

Be careful, the items you mention are not related.
You need to decide if you want PC control or a stand alone application.
Futhermore, in order to decide which PC interface card you need, you need to total the amount of digital and analog in//outputs required. Next, compare them with the card specs.
