I get a message which state that settings does not match with the PIC mounted on the programmer, please see attachment. I guess these settings refer to configuration bits which has to come from hex file but it does not. Is there any way to read and apply the configuration bits from the hex file ? The option of Identify PIC does not work because it is disable, please see attachment. I chose VM111/K8048 in programmer and correct COM port from Function => Hardware Configuration. If I continue programming than it end up with programming error and the programmer is newly bought.
It works when I try with Admin account. I guess client user has something missing but with Admin account on same computer it works and I do not get this message of Settings in software does not match with the PIC mounted on the programmer.
