Sometimes when i am printing an object it loads after every single layer. This takes a lot of extra time and rest plastic stuck to my object.
Is there a way to fix this?

You should really post this in the Vertex section
You can turn this off however what it is doing is letting the previous layer cool before starting the next layer.
I also noticed the fans not running.
They are very important without them the isolater guide could clog.
If you are printing with PLA 190C is a good starting point.
You may also want to change the retraction to 4mm retraction speed to 110mm in the Cura settings
