I’ve just finished my first 3D project. I created an LCD module cover to avoid dust, filament debris and accidental shortages.
I’ve kept it compact and simple because of dimension limitations with the build platform and casing.
Feel free to try it and provide any feedback when and if you see fit.
Fits like a glove… Only need slighlt longer bolts to secure it in place…
But that is for later… Superb job!! Thanks for sharing…
Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated! My instructions on thingiverse.com/thing:720269/#instructions indicate to replace the original M3 x 30 mm bolts with M3 x 35 mm bolts and add another 4 M3 locking nuts. Maybe you missed it but that should help you finish the installation.
Thanks
Just what I needed! I had begun to design one but had no time to finish it. I’ve already downloaded yours and will print it asap.
Thanks:)
This was very welcome and suits perfectly - well done, thanks for sharing, appreciated.
Great! I will print it as soon as I can!
First upgrading the Vertex K8400 with a MK2a and aluminum bed plate.
